Review Article Writing Course

    This course will help you to develop critical reading and writing skills needed for a review-based manuscript. We will provide you instructions for creating an outline of your review article, drafting figures, references, and writing effective arguments in discussion. Review article writing course will help students understand the nature of research in different laboratories and will help them develop their own opinion. Our study material provides information on review writing strategies from both published textual and non-textual unpublished kinds of research. Students will explore concepts of literature search, discussion writing, including limitations, advantages and correlation to the existing literature. Students will learn how to revise sentences for clarity and precision in a scientific manuscript.

    COURSE FORMAT
    This course is divided into 4 weeks and we will send you constant feedback on your writing style. We use an online portal to make your learning experience more exciting. You will learn to use audio-visual tools, take quizzes and writing assignments, write reports, and will do peer-review work. We will send you a KIT containing all the study material that you can use as a reference in the future.

    ELIGIBILITY
    Students/FACULTY with science background and currently enrolled with a research program will be preferred.

    Certificate of participation
    All students with minimum of 50% marks will receive a certificate of participation.

    Time commitment
    A time commitment of 5h per week is required and access to internet is preferred, but not required.

    Course material
    We will ship you all the course material needed for this course one week prior to the start date.
